1. No Copying or Duplication

You agree not to copy, reproduce, or repurpose any strategies, materials, frameworks, or concepts from these coaching sessions for your own business, teaching, or commercial use.

2. Recording & Media Release

You understand that workshop sessions may be recorded and grant the Facilitator full permission to use these recordings (including video, audio, and your likeness such as voice and/or face) for future educational, promotional, or commercial purposes without additional consent or compensation.

3. Program Schedule:

This program is designed to include one (1) call per week for a total of twelve (12) calls over approximately three (3) months. Integration weeks may be scheduled as discussed to support implementation and progress. Failure to complete the program within four (4) months of the start date, disengagement, lack of participation, or discontinuation of communication does not constitute grounds for a refund.

4. Call Cancelation/ No Shows:

Clients are required to provide a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a scheduled call. Failure to provide adequate notice, including no-shows, will result in the call being forfeited and counted as one (1) of the twelve (12) included calls. Missed calls are not refunded or replaced.

5. Payment Plan Default Policy:

Clients enrolling under a payment plan agree to complete all scheduled payments in full. In the event a payment fails, the Client will have seven (7) calendar days to remedy the failed payment. If payment is not brought current within this period, access to the program will be suspended until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
